My neighbour has recently updated to IE7
Whenever he closes IE7 he gets the message 'explorer has to close due to an
error' etc and then sends the error report

He's running SP2

Any ideas please?

Sugestion: Delete IE7---go back to IE6 then update to SP3. Then update to
IE7 or IE8. (prefer IE8).
