IE 6 SP1 has become unstable - Please HELP

Internet Explorer 6 SP1 has become unstable. Even when it's closed I'm still
getting the error below. My machine has all current Winows Updates and is
virus free. I am stumped on what to do to fix other than re-loading my
entire system <aaggh>!!

Any help or advise is greatly appreciated.

Sorry for got the attachment!

Here are the details and the error report that I am getting slammed with.

OS: Win2K SP4 (current on all critical updates)
IE: 6.0.2800.1106IS (SP1 128-bit)
OE: 6.00.2800.1123

BTW...I get the error reports even with just OE open. Deleted ALL emails,
temp files, cookies, history etc. and defragged, no luck. :-(
