IE 6 setup issues

I have gone into the run and regedit and located the
file HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active
Setup\Installed Components\{89820200-ECBD-11cf-8B85-
00AA005B4383}located the install and and changed the 0 to
a 1 and still get the setup message when I start IE6.
Any assistance would be appreciated in ways to turn this
off. My operating system is Windows XP Home.
