IE 6 New Window problem.

When IE6 opens a new window the new window is locked up.
The window frame shows but the inside never displays
anything.

I am on a win98 SE
IE Version: 6.0.2800.1106IC, 128-bit
Updates: sp1; q816868; q818529; q330994

I tried the updating my regsvr32 per the following links
and I still have the same problem.

I would really like to get this thing running so please
send me any suggestions. If I can't get IE6 to work, does
anyone know where I can get IE5.5 version. I will downgrade
because I don't have any problems with it on my machine.

What about the other advice? There's more than just regsvr32 commands.
