IE 6.0 - Trouble opening more than one window in browser

I have IE 6.0 SP2 and I cannot open "New Window" when I have the original
browser already open. It is a pain! Does it have anything to do with the IE
itself, or is it a Windows problem??? Please advise. Thank you.

Right-click on your Desktop Internet Explorer icon and select:
Properties > Advanced and uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts",
then click "apply".
