Each time I open IE or go to a new page while in IE the
page opens minimized. Only a mimimized bar appears on top
and I need to click on the full screen button to see the
page. How can I fix this?
 
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
