I guess you should post to the relevant newsgroup(s) for Excel and
PowerPoint rather than here. This newsgroup is for Access, a database
application and not general computer "access".
Van's suggestion - of posting in an Excel and/or a Powerpoint
newsgroup - is probably your best bet; but Access databases are pretty
good at gathering information together, and (with a bit of VBA code)
can export that data to either Excel or PowerPoint.
