ID3 Tags on .WMA .OGG .ACC ?

Just confused a little about ID3 tags.
I know that these exist on most MP3s but is there an equivalent convention
for other formats, such as the ones in the title?
Do they use the same convention or would a .WMA file (for example) be
invalid if the bytes of an ID3 tag were added to the end of it?

That's great thankyou Ollie. I found all of the resources I needed from that
link and managed to create a class that reads the tags i'm interested in.
(had to go all the way to P/Invoke though.....)

Now only .ACC and .OGG to go.........

If anyone has any information about these file types, please let me know.
