What's the best way to retrieve ID3 tags from WMA files?

I'm trying to programmatically retrieve various ID3 tags from WMA
files. I'm mostly concerned with Artist and Title tags but would like
to know how to retrieve any of the normal tags. I've seen some mention
of Windows Media Player SDK and Windows Media Format SDK and have
tried for hours to find this information on the MSDN site as well as
good but haven't had much luck.

Any advice/suggestions/pointers/help?
