I have a problem with ICS and Internet explorer. I have ICS enabled, and my
second computer recognizes the connection, and can use it (example, i updated
windows media player from 9 to 10), but it will NOT work on Internet
Explorer. PLEASE HELP! This is SEVERELY interfering with my ability to
upgrade windows XP, and that in turn interfers with several programs on my
computer.
