ICS Clients lose connection to the internet

I will start with a connection that allows internet
access from all ICS clients and then for some reason
something changes and the only way to access the internet
from the Client PCs is by using the Web-site IP address
(http:\\216.239.39.100), using www.google.comm does not
work from the Clients PCs although it works fine from the
Host PC. ICS networking appears to setup and working for
file and print sharing but internet connection sharing
requires knowing the website ip address to be a
connnection. How can I resolve this problem?

How do you tell if the ip routing is still enabled on a
ICS home network?

I am assuming that if the ip routing is not working the
the client PCs cannot gain internet access the the ICS
host, is that correct?

Finally, if the IP routing is not enable then how can it
be restarted without rebooting the PCs?

I have tried ipconfig/all, but I am not sure what to
look for.

Below is the IPconfig info from the ICS host and a ICS
client, the host is WinXP and the Client is Win98SE
(could not control the scroll on win98se, hope this is
enough information).

Thanks for your assistance

Thanks for you help, but...

How do I ensure all clients have the same DNS as host?
