I can't get one of my icons to open, or start the program. I just installed
it and don't understand what would make it not open. I'm not having any
prob. with any of the other ones.

Which program icon are you talking about? Do you see some text under
the icon? What did you just install?

There are many reasons why an application won't run. Please provide us
more information.

or start the program" mean? What happens when you try? If you get an error
message, please quote it verbatim.

What program is this? Can you run the program by other means--from Start |
Programs, or by double-clicking its exe file?
