icon size

I have installed skype and since the installion, each time I fire up my
computer all is well until skype loads and then all of my screen icons
increase to a very large size, any suggestions please.
 
Go to: Start>Run>type MSCONFIG>press OK
Click the Startup tab and uncheck Skype.
Click Apply>Close>Reboot.
