Skype in phishing

I am afraid that this is big security breach in Oultook. Without my
permission skype acess all my contacts in Outlook and add to skype contacts.
Then there is no way to remove this contacts from skype. Since my computer,
windows and outlook are very well protected the skype account is very easy to
crack. Is that mean that skype can collect all my confidential data from
outlook at will then publish on internet?
Why Skype provide no means to remove once (unintended) imported data from
their database?

Talk to Skype support, that's not an Outlook issue. You gave permission to
Skype by agreeing to their terms and installing their software.
