logging into user account

Hello, how do I receive a reply to my question? I have Windows XP.I've been
having problems loading my locally stored profile and have been logged in
with a temporary profile.This means I can't access anything on my computer
including skype, all my documents etc. I've had to download Windows live
e-mail. from. Can you help? I tried systems restore but that doesn't work.

As soon as you start the pc tap the F8 key,select safe-mode,enter xp as
"Administrator",in xp,open use accounts,or create one,give it administrative
rights,close out,restart pc.
