Icon on pictures

Whenever I move my mouse over a picture, an icon appears
that gives me 4 options to print, save, etc. Is there a
way to disable this feature? Thank you.

Close all IE windows first. Go to "Start" "Control
Panel" "network and internet connections" then click
on "Intenet Options" click on the "Advanced" tab at the
top. scroll down to the multimedia category and deselect
the box that says "enable image toolbar" that should do
it.
