popups (kind of)

Hello,

When I move my mouse pointer across the screen when I'm in Internet
Explorer, whenever the mouse pointer moves across a picture, different things
happen, all of which are annoying. For example, if it's just a picture, a
small popup toolbar appears next to the pointer/cursor. This toolbar is like
a mini-photo toolbar, with a small save icon, etc. Other time, when the
cursor moves over a link, a small descriptive popup appears next to the
cursor describing what the link is about. Other situations happen when the
cursor moves over a link which really consists of a drop down list - the
drop-diwn list automitally appears. All of these situations are very
annoying - is there any way to get rid of all these pointer/cursor
auto-popups?

Thanks!

Thanks! - this worked for the image toolbar. Got any tips for the other
examples?
