Hi, Please Help

My icon's for powerpoint, excel, word, etc. are not
appearing as they should however, I am still able to open
them. I did try to change them in control panel/folder
options/ file types but that did not work???? Thanks.

Hi there,

You can use the simpler method which is right click the
icon and select properties. Then click on change icon.
Well, actually can you find the powerpoint icon, or it is
missing?

Thank you.

Are you referring to the icons on the Office Shortcut Bar? If so, try right
click on a empty section of the bar and select "Refresh",

It's the icons on my desktop and shared folders, there
are many files so it would take a long time to change
them individually, is there anything else I can do?

If it just the Office icons and you have Office 2000 or Office XP, try
opening any Office application and go to Help. Select Detect and Repair.
You will likely need your Office CD.

Hi B - Try the Repair Icons function in TweakUI.
