I would like to know if something is possible.

I've always wanted to change the color of the loading bars on the loading
screen just before you get on to the desktop. I've always wondered if it was
possible to change it to any color you want and how to go about doing it. Can
Microsoft reveal this or is this some terrible secret?

Its stupid to reply to my own posts but we can edit our posts here for some
reason. I for example would like to maybe change the color to a bright
yellow, or a neon orange? How would I go about doing that?
