I would like to change my e-mail address. How do I do that?

I am receiving too many junk e-mails and need to change my e-mail address how
do I do that and I nedd to change it in Outlook as well.
 
I presume you mean that you would abandon your old e-mail address and start
using a new one, and then become more careful about how you advertise it.

You can contact your ISP to see if they can supply a replacement or
additional e-mail address.
