I need to print my chart BIG...

How do I print a chart larger than 8.5x11 or 11x17?

Is there a "tile" option in excel that I'm not seeing somewhere? You know,
where it prints on four separate pages and you have to tape them together?

Thanks.

There's nothing built in to the "page setup" print dialogue, or
available as a chart sheet. But if you embed your chart in a worksheet
and print four selections of cells, each of which is about a quarter of
the worksheet space your chart is "floating" over, it should work. Or
just select the whole area of worksheet cells at once, at such a
magnification that it forces a print across multiple pages.

I haven't tested this, not being near a good printer at the moment, but
it looks possible in preview. There even seems to be a neat and
convenient bit of overlap. Try it and see if it works for you.

Thank you!!! That works perfectly. I just selected the whole area the chart
was floating over, made it the "print area" (From the "file" menu), and then,
in "print preview", I selected "setup" and asked it to print 200 percent. It
automatically tiled on to six pages.

I do have to trim the pages by hand but then they fit nicely together.

THANKS so much!!!
