How to create a bubble chart with more than 2 variables

I need to create a bubble chart for a job with (more than) three variables on excel.

But I haven't been able to successfully create one with more than two variables.

The variables listed are type of project, start date of project, and total cost of project.

Also, if I wanted to add a fourth variable, how would I do that.

If there's a way please respond.
