I need to Know my FTP Host Address Or URL

I have created my web in Front Page and want to publish them but do not know
my FTP Host Address or HTTP url

Surely you don't recommend having host & domain name with the same
provider?

Why not? What's the problem with that?
 
Sure.
All of my domains are registered with the company that hosts my sites.
