I Need the preview box to show above my work.

I used to have a box above by excel sheet where I could make a change for a
line. It is gone.

Also, somehow, the email format is at the top of all my excel sheets.

Can anyone help with these two problems?
 
Those who can help live primarily in the Excel newsgroups; this one is for
Word. But in Word there's an E-mail button on the Standard toolbar that
toggles the mail header on and off.
