sum (above)

Hi,

I would like to learn how to use the sum formular in table.

Ex: House
1
2
6
total =sum(above)=9

This is the first time i use formular in table (Word). Here are my steps:
Insert/text group/quickpart/field/click on formula button and use "
sum=(above) function. The total is 9. It is correct. However, after deleting
number "2" and entered "5" for example, the formular doesn't show the correct
answer "12". please help

Unfortuantely, these formula fields do not auto-refresh, select the field, F9
to update.
