I need notepad.exe, and what is kspwnocm.exe?

I got a virus on these two items, so they are now in
quarantine, but the virus scanner wont repair them. It
just tells me to install new ones, But, I have no idea
where to get them from. I have Win XP Home if that helps.

Notepad.exe can be extracted from the XP CD.

The other - who knows?
