I need more than one person to open an Outlook Data File

Hi i have setup an Outlook Data File for one of our teams but only one person
can connect to it, is there a way that multipul users can connect to this
file. If not is there and alternative i could use, i am running Outlook 200x
and Exchange 2000.

No, not possible. Why don't you create an Exchange mailbox and set
permissions on it so everyone can access it?
