In outlook 2007, one person PST file is access by the other peron

Outlook PST file access

Hi Team,

In outlook 2007, A person is creating a new pst and saving in local drive.
the computer is a share workstation, which used by other user too. both the
user have admini rights. Therefore, one person is accessed by other person.

Could anyone tell me that, how one person PST can be accessed by other person.

By using the same data file - see data file management on user 2, add the
the pst used by user 1 and set it as default, removing the previous data
file if required
NB only 1 user can access outlook at a time so outlook would need to be
closed before you switch users
