I need help

Hello

I would really appreciate some input on my situation. I
am able to open my internet explorer browser and access
websites, but everytime i try to log on(email, bank
website)to a password protected site i get a 'THIS PAGE
CANNOT BE DISPLAYED' message and i cant figure out why.
Thanks for any advice.
