"Page cannot be displayed" when accessing Fleet bank website

For the past week, I have been having a problem accessing
my bank's website. I will type in Fleet.com in the
browser window and I will get to the bank's home page OK,
but when I click "Homelink Log In", which would normally
take me to another page where I put my password in,
instead, I get "page cannot be displayed". I have
comcast and when I call them, they said its a Fleet Bank
problem. Depending on who you talk to at Fleet, some
reps admit its a Fleet Bank problem, some say it's a
broken server at comcast. I have 3 computers hooked up
to Comcast high speed internet and sometimes my son's
computer is able to access it, but not mine. I haven't
been able to get in for over a week. I've emptied the
cashe files, cleared the history, disabled my firewall,
nothing works. I am able to get into other secure sites,
but not Fleet.com's. Anyone having similar problems?

Did you recently change your privacy or security settings
in your browser? Some bank login pages require you to
enable third party cookies for their login pages. I don't
know why. Try relaxing your third party cookie settings
to 'prompt' when you get to the homepage before you
attempt to log in. That way you'll know whether your bank
requires it, too.
If that doesn't help, contact their webmaster and tell
her that the login link on their homepage is bad! Maybe
she can tell you why you're having problems.
Good Luck..
Liz
