i need help

I have the problem and cannot turn on my Avg Antivirus protection in the
windows
security center. Help. I need an answer
 
If you have AVG running Virus Protection is ON........Security Center just
does not see it as on.
You can turn this monitoring of wether it is on or off.in the Security
Center...it will then NOT tell you AVG is not detected.
