I need help

Hi s

I've just completed my first computer build, and the hardware seems to
working just fine, but every time I try to load xp the following message
appears
INF file txtsetup is corrupt or missing, status 7.
Setup cannot continue. Press any key to continue.
When you press a key the computer restarts automatically, nothing I've tried
helps so any advice would be welcome
