I NEED HELP

I was given a computer from my job. It was on a network
and I can't get past the login. What do I do? How do I
reinstall windows? Is that even necessary? Please help

Ask the network admin for the password for a local account.

Either get the local admin account information or format and reinstall the
machine cleanly. You dont say if "given" means that its your to do what you
want with it or if its for work purposes so I assumed that you now own the
machine.
