I need help to disable local printers

I would like to disable Local Printers so users can not
print documents from the work XP Professional to there
local printer on their home PC. Is there way to do that?

Right-click on said printer, go to Properties. Click on
the Security tab and define which groups should be able to
do what. You can add the "Everyone" group and Deny them
the ability to Print if you'd like.
