Are you using ADMT?

You must be admin in target (destination domain) and have admin
priveleges through a trust from the source domain. Target must
be "native mode" or "win2003 server mode"

Maybe this is a translation/language issue but if you don't know how
to set privileges, (trusts, admin etc.) then perhaps you should seek local
help before migrating users.

Is the target domain (at least) Native mode?

Yes both domain is in Native mode, my question is how add
permision one user in the target domain because when one
chick in the windows Sid's migrate giveme one message you

Add a trust from the source TO the Target domain (if not in the same
forest.)

In the Source domain, add the "Domain Admins" of target to your
Source Administrators.

Work as a Target domain Admin; Logon fresh (group changes only
take effect at logon.)
