I need all the help I can get

My computer is infected with these viruses:
C:\windows\temp\tmk1803.exe is infected with
download.trojan
c:\windows\system\netsvc.exe is infected with
w32.HLLW.gaobot.gen
c:\windows\system32\netsvc.exe.poly is infected with
w32.HLLW.gaobot.gen
I did a virus scan using Solo Sentry (in safe mode and
disabled the backup restore feature) and it did NOT detect
the viruses. I cannot run Norton (I believe the viruses
are preventing me from doing this). Can I locate these
files and delete them? Are they important files? I am
assuming that anything in the temp folder is not important
but what about this netsvc.exe? Originally I ran an
online virus scan with Norton and it informed me of the
viruses but did not delete them. I have DSL. Please Help.
