I installed new anti virus.and now PC is messed up

Hi
I installed Freedom anti virus protection....From my cable internet
provider..And after re-boot..I cant get into any programs to open..I can only
get on-line..but that is it!!...al of my programs wont open..I keep geting
error messages
I cant even open "add/delete" on control panel to try and delete Freedom....
Can anyone help me

Since I have NEVER heard of Freedom Antivirus (and I am suspicious of
products that I have never heard of), and it came from your ISP, they will
support it. You should call your ISP and seek guidance from them.

NOTE: Just because an ISP offers you something does not mean you have to
take it, or that it is even any good. You would be better off with a known
antivirus, like Norton Antivirus.

I called them..and basically they were dumbfounded..I am waiting for a level
3 tech to call me..when ever that may be

Just thought maybe someone on here could help me with this since my ISP
seems just as confused as me

Look on the Start Menu>Programs for Freedom..Some programs will put an
uninstall shortcut there.
If not try booting into safe Mode (press F8 at startup until a menu comes up
and select SafeMode)and access the Add/remove programs there to delete
