I keep getting this pop up when I go to open programs, any program.

"This application has failed to start because msbnsstxcpy.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I have ran ad ware, anti-malware program, registry fixers, and anti virus.
Nothing has helped.

Any ideas?

Submit that file to VirusTotal.com and see if anything is found.
Are you sure of the spelling?

Sorry, but do you have that file somewhere on you computer?
If not, try running the free versions of:
1)Malwarebyte's Anti-Malmare (MBAM for short)
2)SuperAntiSpyware (SAS for short)

I suggest you download and run Spybot S & D (freeware version). There
is a freeware version buried in this link:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/spybotsd/index.html

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
1.32 -freeware (if you upgrade you pay).
http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

Run Malwarebytes' in safe mode and turn off your current anti-virus
before you do to avoid a conflict. Disregard the invitation on the web
site regarding the Registry Optimiser -a Registry Optimiser is not a
helpful utility.

Hope this helps.

I hear from Dustin Cook that MBAM works best in Normal Windows, not in Safe
Mode.
I think this is still true, so why are you recommneding Safe Mode for MBAM?
