My anti-virus program tells me shell32.dll has changed. WHat does that mean
and what should I do about it?
Thanks,

On many virus checkers such as AVG that turns out to be fairly normal.
Unless it specifically detects a virus there is nothing to worry about

yes, i had this problem just a few days ago, but there is one way to fix it..
as long as its not a virus, its ok, but if you want it to disappear. go into
the test section and push F3.. than it should scan your drives and a thing
will pop up saying shell32.dll has changed, click on accept change. and than
you will never see it again.. hope this helps. albert
