I have two administrator accounts both named same

ok i have two adminstrator accounts both named same one pass word protected
and other not the one with out pass word seems to be my main account can i
deleate the password protected account i can log into same ok since i know
paassword but cant figure out how to deleate it .
 
Most every XP system have a least 2 "administrator" type accounts. One is
the normally hidden "administrator" account and the other are your standard
user accounts that have "administrator" type access. This is normal.
