I use the window xp with SP2, I have two accounts, one is "My name"
which administrator account, and the other is on the name of " My
wife" which is limited account. The "My name account" has a password,
my question is "Any one can use the Cnt+Alt+ twice Del, to use the
default administrator account and open my file, how can I protect it
from spy eye.

Add a STRONG password to the built-in Administrator account....

Password the System Admin account as well. A limited user can not remove
admin passwords via User Accounts. Another option is to disable viewing of
the C drive: Line 318 - http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

More info: It takes two steps. Follow each below:

If you want to really protect your data, first, don't allow anyone else to
use your system, and don't ever connect to the internet with it.

If you can't do those, don't keep data on your computer; keep it on
removable media that you take with you.

If that won't work for you, use strong passwords and mark your folders
private. Change the passwords regularly and monitor the system logs.

Further, you can use encryption, which can work very well, but if you do
that, you MUST educate yourself as to the process and implications. We
regularly see posts here from people who used XP Pro's encryption but failed
to complete the task, didn't back up the account credentials, then the
account is damaged and they permanently lose their data. You have
responsibilities here.
