I have a Spyware Issue

Yes, I have tried Ad-Aware SE, and all my anti-spyware versions ar
updated. I still can't get rid of it. I bought Spy Sweeper becaus
someone told me it will remove specificclick. It did not even detec
it! I need help! I hate these pop-ups!

my spy sweeper keeps showing me that bhwatl is trying to start up at windows
startup, i dont know if i keep or delete. so i delete and it continues to
show up within seconds. can someone help me.please
