I have a Spyware Issue

I need help in removing Specificclick adware off of my machine. Spybot
and Microsoft Anti-Spyware does not detect it. Has anyone ran into
these ads before?

Have you tried Ad-aware SE v1.06 ?

Is that SpyBot Search and Destroy v1.4 ( fully updated ).
