Pop up

I keep getting a pop up that has states it's from
http://fp.pc-on-internet.com Windows Security Center - Microsoft Internet
Explorer. It states that it's a security alert for Spyware and Adware. It
wants you to download SWS AntiSpayware 2007. I have tried to block this and
can't. I have added the address in my Norton Security as well. I have also
ran a scan on my computer and it states that there is no spyware or adware.
Can anyone help me with this problem

Are you browsing the Internet when this message appears? Any particular
site? It just sounds like a pop-up advert from a web page to me...
