I get runtime error each time I open Outlook

Since installing Norton Internet security and Goback, I get a runtime error
every time I try to open Outlook. The programme then closes. When I re-open
it, the message does not reappear and I can access my emails, but the message
prompts me to seek assistance from my service provider

If installing an application broke Outlook, uninstall the application that
caused the problem.
