How do i stop a R6025 error whenever i start up outlook

I get an error every time I start outlook which renders outlook completely
unusable. I tried repairin g outlook from th eintallation disk bu tit didnt
cure it. Error message is
Runtime Error!
OUTLOOK.EXE
R6025
Pure virtual function call

Same thing happen when you start your unidentified version of Outlook in
its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe") which does not load any add-ons that
you installed to Outlook?

what addins do you have installed? Have you tried starting outlook in safe
mode?
