I get an error message if I click on any of the new biz mngr butto

When I click on the phone log, or try to add an opportunity, i receive an
error that says "Error loading form. Some of the needed controls may not be
registered." How can I get past this. It happened when I downloaded the small
business accounting with outlook and when I just installed the biz contact
mngr. I tried going online to register thinking maybe i didn't before but I
doesn't work. Anyone else have this problem? Caleb
