How do I assign category to an Opportunity in BCM?

I'm trying to assign a category to an opportunity in BCM, but am getting an
error message. I right-click on the opportunity, choose categories, check the
catehgory I want, and when I click OK, I get this message "No support for
categories for this type of items". I tried looking up Help, and it does say
that you can create categories for Accounts, Business Contacts and
Opportunities.
