how do i share categories i have created with co-workers

I have created a number of categories in my BCM which i can assign business
contacts too but people that share my database cannot assign users, even
though they can see the categories.

Yes, Challenged, it's a challenge. Categories are stored on the PC, not in
the BCM database. So, you have to create them on each PC.

Another suggestion for Microsoft...
