I have no accounts with more then 2 categories assigned to it. I can not add
a new category and assign it to an account or contact.

When I do I receive the following Pop-Up message:
"Only 50 categories can be supported at a time. To add new categories you
must first unassign account, Opportunity or Business Contact recorders from
existing ones. To determine which records are assigned to which category run
the following reports:

Help (e-mail address removed)

Hi Ivan,
You can use only 50 unique categories across all your accounts,
Opportunities or Business Contacts. Probably you have exceeded this limit.
Try assigning your new account, Opportunity or Business Contact to a
category that has been used by you earlier. You should be able to assign it.
However, if you want to assign your account, Opportunity or Business Contact
to some new category, you will need to un-assign some item as suggested in
the Pop up message.

Hi:

Thanks for the suggestion.. But I do not have 50 Categories, or have I ever
had 50.
i have about 20 total..and it look like that's all i will ever have
